Céline Rang began her career in 1993 at Pricewaterhouse Tax and Legal (now PWC), before joining Ernst & Young Avocats’ Human Capital department in 1996.
In 2004, she set up the Global Mobility department at Bignon Lebray & Associés, before founding Almenide Avocats in January 2009.
Céline Rang assists a client-base of medium to large companies, in both litigious and non-litigious matters, intervening more specifically in areas relating to global mobility, personal income tax and social security.
Her main area of expertise lies in social security and tax assistance for French and foreign individuals, the optimisation of social security and tax costs for expatriate and impatriate employees, stock-option and shareholder plans, redesigning executive compensation packages, audits and the implementation of global mobility policies.

Sébastien joined the Employment Law and Global Mobility departments at Bignon Lebray & Associés in 2004. He previously held the position of project director at Ernst & Young Avocat within their Human Capital department for 6 years. He co-founded Almenide Avocats in January 2009.
